公安院校数据法学学科建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of Data Law Discipline in Police Colleges and Universities

大数据时代,公安院校建设数据法学有其重要意义。从学科建设基础和实践教学资源两方面分析公安院校建设数据法学的可行性。作为一门新兴学科,目前公安院校进行数据法学学科建设过程中存在教学理论和教材匮乏、课程体系尚未形成和师资力量不足的问题。公安院校应充分利用实践教学资源,以实践推动理论研究,科研带动学科发展,探索构建数据法学课程体系,做到规则意识培养和技术能力提升并重,加强跨专业合作交流,充实师资力量。

In the era of big data,the construction of data law in police colleges and universities is of great significance.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of data law in police colleges and universities from two aspects:the basis of discipline construction and practical teaching resources.As a new discipline,there are still some problems in the construction of data law discipline in police colleges and universities,such as lack of teaching theories and textbooks,lack of curriculum system and insufficient teachers.In order to solve these problems,police colleges and universities should make full use of practical teaching resources,promote theoretical research by practice,promote the development of data law discipline by scientific research,and explore the construction of the curriculum system of data law;At the same time,equal attention should be paid to the training of rules awareness and the promotion of technical ability,strengthen the cross-professional cooperation and exchange,and enrich the faculty.
