在低碳经济背景下,健全的碳市场机制要求企业具备较高的碳资产管理水平和较强的低碳竞争力。我国石化企业具有耗能高、污染程度高的特征。要积极开展低碳改革,在加大节能减排力度的基础上增强企业低碳竞争力成为提高碳资产管理水平的重要路径。石化企业要主动谋求进一步发展,从政策法规、碳信息披露、低碳生产能力、技术创新、人才培养、碳市场参与等方面加强“碳资产管理”,逐步增强企业低碳竞争优势,落实“双碳”目标,尽早实现企业经济高质量发展。

In the context of low-carbon economy, a sound carbon market mechanism requires enterprises to be strong in carbon asset management and low-carbon competitiveness. China′s petrochemical enterprises are characterized by high energy consumption and serious pollution, which makes it necessary to carry out low-carbon reform to ensure enhancing the low-carbon competitiveness of the relevant enterprises on the basis of energy conservation and emission reduction to be the major path to improve the level of carbon asset management. Petrochemical enterprises should actively seek further development, and strengthen ″carbon asset management ″to gradually improve the low-carbon competitiveness from the various aspects such as policies and regulations, carbon information disclosure, low-carbon production capacity, technological innovation, talent training, carbon market participation etc., so as to achieve the ″dual carbon″goal and a high-quality economic development as soon as possible.
