基于有序logistic模型的大学生职业规划影响因素实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of the Influencing Factors of College Students′Career Planning Based on Ordered Logistic Model

就业是最大的民生,而职业规划是大学生择业和就业的关键因素。本文通过S大学学生的问卷调查数据,构建交叉分析表和有序logistic模型,分析发现:专业选择依据、职业规划知识了解程度、就业形势了解程度、母亲的受教育水平和辅导员对学生的引导等因素对学生职业生涯规划影响更为显著。为了提高大学生职业规划的持续性和有效性,建议从持续输入职业规划理念,全程加强职业生涯教育;演绎辅导员“人生导师“和“知心朋友”角色,帮助学生了解就业形势;完善家校联合机制,引导学生职业生涯规划等三个方面对学生进行职业生涯规划教育,不断提高学生综合素质和职业能力,提升学生就业竞争力。

Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people, and career planning is a key factor for college students to choose careers and employment. Based on the questionnaire survey data of S University students, this paper constructs a cross-analysis table and an ordered logistic model, and finds: the basis for major selection, the degree of knowledge about career planning, the degree of understanding of employment situation, the education level of mothers, and the guidance of counselors to students Other factors have a more significant impact on students′career planning. In order to improve the continuity and effectiveness of college students′career planning, it is recommended to continuously input career planning concepts and strengthen career education throughout the process;perform the roles of counselors as ″life mentors″and ″confidant friends″to help students understand the employment situation;improve home-school cooperation mechanism, guiding students′career planning and other three aspects to carry out career planning education for students, continuously improve students′comprehensive quality and professional ability, and enhance students′employment competitiveness.
