国家试验区背景下“景漂”根植意愿的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the "Jingpiao" Intention of Talent Staying under the Background of National Pilot Area

培育陶瓷人才队伍是景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区建设的主要任务之一,而如何吸引并留住“景漂”人才则是其关键一环。本文在国家试验区背景下,基于“景漂”的实地调研数据,通过构建结构方程模型,实证分析了“景漂”根植意愿及其作用机理。结果发现:人才政策、陶瓷艺术文化对其根植意愿具有显著正向影响;经济生活在人才政策、陶瓷艺术文化对其根植意愿的影响过程中分别具有显著的中介效应和遮掩效应。因此,应充分意识到传统文化的两面性,重视经济生活环境的关键作用,不断发挥政策优势,以持续提升人才根植意愿。

Cultivating ceramic talents is one of the main tasks in the construction of Jingdezhen National Ceramic culture inheritance and innovation Pilot Zone, and how to attract and retain ″Jingpiao″talents is one of the key links. Under the background of national pilot area, based on the field survey data of jingpiao population,this paper empirically analyzed theintention and its mechanism of jingpiao population by constructing structural equation model. The results show that talent policy and ceramic art culture have a significant positive impact on intention of talent staying;Economic life has a significant mediating effect on the influence of talent policy on the intention of talent staying. Economic life has a significant suppressing effect in the process of ceramic art culture’s influence on the intention of talent staying. Therefore, we should be fully aware of the two sides of traditional culture, and constantly play the advantages of policies to continuously improve the intention of talent staying.
