高校思政课落实立德树人根本任务的困惑与对策

PERPLEXITY AND COUNTERMEASURES OF CARRYING OUT THE BASIC TASK OF ESTABLISHING MORALITY AND CULTIVATING PEOPLE IN IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL COURSE IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,新时代、新形势、新任务,对高校思政课建设提出了新要求,“培养什么人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”的根本问题尤为凸显。本文重点梳理了思政课教学工作的基本遵循,查找了当前思政课建设存在的突出问题,并在制度建设、师资队伍建设、教学改革和政策支撑机制等方面,提出了改进路径与对策。

Ideological and political course is the key course to carry out the basic task of establishing morality and fostering people. The new era, the new situation and the new task put forward new requirements for the construction of ideological and political course in colleges and universities, the fundamental problem of “Who to train, how to train and for whom to train”is particularly prominent. This paper focuses on combing the basic follow-up of ideological and political course teaching, finding out the outstanding problems in the current ideological and political course construction, and in the aspects of system construction, faculty construction, teaching reform and policy supporting mechanism, etc., the improving ways and countermeasures are put forward.
