论抗大精神的价值意蕴及其对高校育人的启示 被引量:2

ON THE VALUE IMPLICATION OF THE SPIRIT OF THE CHINESE PEOPLE’S ANTI JAPANESE MILITARY AND POLITICAL UNIVERSITY AND ITS ENLIGHTENMENT TO HIGHER EDUCATION

摘要 抗大在长期的办学实践中形成了独特的抗大精神,这种精神指导下的育人模式主要表现在培养目标、教育方针、作风养成三个方面。今天,抗大精神更具时代意义,对当代高校育人也具有重要的启示:一是“造器”与“育人”相结合,要始终将坚定正确的政治方向放在育人工作的首位;二是“人化”与“化人”相促进,要始终将高度的文化自觉自信放在育人工作的重头;三是“理论”与“实践”并重,要始终将意志品质的锤炼作为育人工作的基础。 The people’s Anti Japanese military and Political University of China is abbreviated as the Anti Japanese university. The long-term school running practice has formed a unique Anti Japanese university spirit. The education mode under the guidance of this spirit is mainly reflected in three aspects: training objectives, educational policies and style cultivation. Today, the Anti Japanese university spirit is more of the significance of the times and has important reference and Enlightenment for contemporary college education. First, the combination of “creation” and “education” should always put firm and correct political direction in the first place of education;Second, “humanization” and “humanization” should be promoted, and a high degree of cultural consciousness and self-confidence should always be placed at the top of the work of educating people;Third, we should pay equal attention to “theory” and “practice”, and always take the tempering of will quality as the basis of education.
