论抗大精神的价值意蕴及其对高校育人的启示

ON THE VALUE IMPLICATION OF THE SPIRIT OF THE CHINESE PEOPLE’S ANTI JAPANESE MILITARY AND POLITICAL UNIVERSITY AND ITS ENLIGHTENMENT TO HIGHER EDUCATION

抗大在长期的办学实践中形成了独特的抗大精神,这种精神指导下的育人模式主要表现在培养目标、教育方针、作风养成三个方面。今天,抗大精神更具时代意义,对当代高校育人也具有重要的启示:一是“造器”与“育人”相结合,要始终将坚定正确的政治方向放在育人工作的首位;二是“人化”与“化人”相促进,要始终将高度的文化自觉自信放在育人工作的重头;三是“理论”与“实践”并重,要始终将意志品质的锤炼作为育人工作的基础。

The people’s Anti Japanese military and Political University of China is abbreviated as the Anti Japanese university. The long-term school running practice has formed a unique Anti Japanese university spirit. The education mode under the guidance of this spirit is mainly reflected in three aspects: training objectives, educational policies and style cultivation.
