摘要
随着网络的加速发展,大学生网络欺凌行为的危害也逐步显现。在对现有研究进行简要梳理的基础上,从人本主义心理学这一独特视角对大学生网络欺凌行为进行深层审视,发现欺凌事件中各参与主体的心理动机、深层需要等是其发生发展的重要因素,指出可以从价值实现的积极导向、关怀接纳的社会支持、尊重理解的和谐环境、动态科学的人本管理等方面对大学生网络欺凌进行干预。
With the accelerated development of the Internet, the harm of college students’ cyberbullying has gradually emerged.On the basis of a brief review of the existing research, this paper conducts an in-depth review of cyberbullying Among College Students from the unique perspective of humanistic psychology, and it is found that the psychological motivation and deep needs of each participant in the bullying event are important factors for the occurrence and development, which can be intervened from aspects of positive orientation of value realization, social support of care and acceptance, harmonious environment of respect and understanding, and dynamic and scientific humanistic management.
