融合媒介环境下突发公共事件舆情应对研究

RESEARCH ON OPINION RESPONSE TO PUBLIC EMERGENCIES FROM PERSPECTIVE OF CONVERGENCE MEDIA

融媒体时代,各社交平台逐渐成为网络舆情的发源地和集散地。突发事件舆情在推动政府决策进程、拓宽信息渠道、提升办事效率等方面具有重要意义,但随着新媒体传播方式的改变,在一些重大突发公共事件中,舆情的负面影响往往大于正面。近年来,我国虽然在舆情应对上取得了长足发展,但日常监管不到位、遏制谣言手段单一、应急处理机制不健全、处理方式缺乏弹性和柔性等问题依然存在。本文根据融媒体时代的舆情特点,研究突发公共事件舆情的应对方案,以期为地方政府应对网络舆情提供建议和参考。

In the era of convergence media, the social platforms as the main carrier gradually become the birthplace and distribution center of online public opinion. Public opinion on emergencies has great significance in promoting the government’s decision-making process, expanding information channels, and improving work efficiency. The negative impact of public opinion tends to outweigh the positive during some major public emergencies. In recent years, although great progress has been made in responding to public opinion, problems such as inadequate daily supervision, single means of curbing rumors, imperfect emergency response mechanisms, and lack of flexibility and flexibility in handling methods still exist. According to the characteristics of public opinion in the convergent media era, this paper proposes a public opinion response plan for public emergencies. With a view to provide suggestions and references for local governments to formulate public opinion response plans, public opinion handling, and public opinion follow-up.
