摘要
管道输送是现阶段油气运输的主要形式,如果管道出现泄漏不仅会造成能源的浪费,而且还有可能引起生态破坏和危及公共安全。卡压式机械连接器是管道泄漏修复中常用的一种工具,具有维修速度快、密封效果好、使用成本低等一系列优势。在应用卡压式机械连接器时,需要保证良好的密封性能,才能保证管道恢复正常运行。首先介绍了卡压式机械连接器的密封原理,以及实际应用中影响其密封效果的常见因素;随后概述了这一器件的安装过程,以及安装工具和液压动力源的选型要求。最后通过试验对卡压式机械连接器的密封性能进行了验证,结果表明在4.0 Mpa运行压力下,管道密封良好,无泄漏问题,卡压式机械连接器表现出良好的密封性能。
Pipeline transportation is the main form of oil and gas transportation at this stage.If the pipeline leaks,it will not only waste energy,but also cause ecological damage and endanger public safety.Compression type mechanical connector is a commonly used tool in pipeline leakage repair.It has a series of advantages such as fast repair speed,good sealing effect and low cost of use.When applying a press-fit mechanical connector,it is necessary to ensure good sealing performance to ensure that the pipeline can resume normal operation.First introduces the sealing principle of the press-fit mechanical connector and the common factors that affect its sealing effect in practical applications.Then,it summarizes the installation process of this device,as well as the selection requirements of installation tools and hydraulic power sources.Finally,the sealing performance of the press-fit mechanical connector is verified by experiments.The results show that under the operating pressure of 4.0Mpa,the pipeline is well sealed and there is no leakage problem,and the press-fit mechanical connector shows good sealing performance.
