摘要
智能完井技术可根据产层需要调节井下液控滑套的开度大小实现最优化开发油气田的目标,如何判定井下液控滑套开度变化准确到位是智能完井系统应用需要解决的首要问题。介绍了一种智能完井测试管柱结构,提出了通过进入液控滑套活塞腔累计进回油量和瞬时进回油量变化趋势判定液控滑套开度变化的方法,结合智能完井系统现场测试进行了开度变化测试验证。测试结果表明,液控滑套开度调节准确到位,该判定方法对后续智能完井系统的现场应用具有参考和借鉴意义。
The intelligent completion technology can adjust the opening of the downhole hydraulic control sliding sleeve according to the needs of the production layer to achieve the goal of optimizing the development of oil and gas fields.How to determine whether the opening change of the downhole hydraulic control sliding sleeve is accurate is the primary problem to be solved in the application of intelligent completion system.Introduces an intelligent well completion test string structure,and proposes a method to judge the opening change of the hydraulic control sliding sleeve by the change trend of the cumulative oil inlet and return volume and the instantaneous oil inlet and return volume entering the piston chamber of the hydraulic control sliding sleeve.The opening change test is carried out in combination with the field test of the intelligent well completion system.The test results show that the opening adjustment of the hydraulic control sliding sleeve is accurate and in place.This judgment method has reference and reference significance for the field application of the follow-up intelligent completion system.
