一款多形态行走康复训练装置的设计

摘要 康复训练中的行走训练能有效地改善患者的心脏功能,减轻患者病痛,还有助于患者克服抑郁、悲观和失望等心理障碍。患者需要在专门设置的行走台架、室内栏杆或者专用走道等设施上进行行走训练,有时还要进行跨越障碍训练。医院为了安置这些设施,需要留出专门的场地。行走训练的设施往往比较占位置又不经常使用,其无法灵活搬动和收纳,容易造成空间狭隘、布局混乱。为解决这个问题,本研究设计了一款多形态行走康复训练装置,其通道板的常规训练面朝上时,用于行走训练;其通道板的障碍训练面朝上时,用于跨越障碍训练;其通道板竖立起来,再使两个侧架靠拢在一起,就能减少闲置时的占用空间,也便于搬动和收纳。 Walking training in rehabilitation training can effectively improve the patient's heart function,alleviate the patient's pain,and help the patient overcome psychological obstacles such as depression,pessimism and disappointment.Patients need to carry out walking training on specially set walking platforms,indoor railings or special walkways,and sometimes they need to carry out obstacle crossing training.In order to accommodate these facilities,the hospital needs to set aside a special site.Walking training facilities often occupy a relatively small space and are not often used.They cannot be moved and stored flexibly,which is easy to cause narrow space and confusion in layout.In order to solve this problem,a multi-modal walking rehabilitation training device is designed in this study.When the conventional training face of the channel plate is upward,it is used for walking training;When the obstacle training face of the channel plate is upward,it is used for obstacle crossing training;When the channel plate is erected,and the two side frames are close together,the occupied space during idling can be reduced,and it is also convenient to move and store.
