“双碳”背景下职业教育机电类人才培养适应产业发展研究

Research on the Adaptation of Electromechanical Personnel Training in Vocational Education to Industrial Development under the Background of "Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality"

为贯彻落实党中央国务院关于“双碳”的重大战略部署,“双碳”的“1+N”政策体系已经进入实质性落实阶段,经济社会必将产生系统性变革,职业教育也必将发生变化。文章主要从政策循证的角度,依据交通运输和林草等产业发布的政策文件,对“十四五”期间交通、林草等产业对机电类技术技能型人才的需求量进行了预测。

In order to implement the major strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on "Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality", the "1+N" policy system of "Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality" has entered a substantive implementation stage, the economy and society will inevitably undergo systemic changes, and vocational education will also undergo changes. From the perspective of evidence-based practices, based on the policy documents issued from the transportation and forestry and grass industries, this paper forecasted the demand for mechanical and electrical technical skilled talents in the transportation, forestry and grass industries during the "14 th Five-Year Plan".
