摘要
在后疫情时代,国际学生教育呈现出新变化、新方式,对既有传统模式提出了挑战,同时也是人才培养教育教学改革的重大机遇。中国与世界深度融合、相互激荡,做好国际学生教育和文化传播是国际交流工作的重要使命任务。本文阐述了“一带一路”沿线国家高职国际学生人才培育的新模式,优化突出了国际学生教育管理中的文化因素,并提出了管理模型。
In the post-epidemic era, the education of international students presents new changes and new ways, which poses challenges to the existing traditional modes, and is also a major opportunity for the reform of talent training education and teaching. China and the world are profoundly integrated and interact with one another. It is an important mission of international exchanges to do a good job in educating international students and spreading culture. This paper expounded the new mode of talent cultivation of international students in higher vocational institutes from countries along the "Belt and Road", optimized and highlighted the cultural factors in the education and management of international student, and proposed a management mode.
