摘要
自2020年习近平总书记提出大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神(以下简称为“三种精神”)以来,各级各类院校相继开设旨在培养劳动精神的劳动教育课程。高等职业院校尤其是机电类专业作为培养能工巧匠的重要阵地,探索充分利用理实一体类课程课堂教学主渠道弘扬“三种精神”的有效路径显得尤为重要。在充分调研学生劳动意识、劳动现状的基础上,以电气设备生产企业相关岗位职业素养实际需求为出发点,创新教学方式方法,将职业信念、职业技能以及职业态度培养过程与课程教学各环节紧密衔接,探索一条切实可行的课堂教学与“三种精神”有效融合的实施路径。
Since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsmanship in 2020(hereinafter referred to as the "three spirits"), institutes at all levels have successively set up labor education courses aimed at cultivating the spirit of labor. Higher vocational institutes, in particularthe electro-mechanical majors, are important for the culture of skilled craftsmen. It is particularly important to explore an effective way to make full use of the main channel of classroom teaching of courses integrating theory and practice to promote the "three spirits". This paper, on the basis of fully investigating the students’ labor awareness and labor status, starting from the actual needs of the professional quality of relevant positions in electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises, innovating teaching methods, and closely linking the training process of professional belief, professional skills and professional attitude with all aspects of course teaching, aims to explore a feasible practical path that effective integrates classroom teaching and the "three spirits".
