“工匠精神”是成为一流人才的必备素养。为了有效培养中职院校学生的专业技术能力,毕业后能够更好地适应社会、服务社会,必须加强对学生“工匠精神”的培养。中职院校培养学生“工匠精神”的途径,包括:推动技能落实、建设“工匠精神”校园文化、培养“双师型”教师、加强校企合作等。
