党员主编如何影响学术期刊的影响因子——基于内容原创与微信传播的实证研究

How does Party Member Editor Affect the Impact Factor of Academic Journal——An Empirical Research Based on Content Originality and We Chat Propagation

以CSSCI来源期刊及其主编、论文为样本,实证研究党员主编与期刊影响因子之间的关系,探析内容原创和微信传播在党员主编和影响因子关系中的作用。研究发现:主编的党员身份能够正向影响期刊的影响因子,内容原创和微信传播在党员主编与期刊影响因子的关系中起中介效应,党员主编能够通过“内外兼修”提高期刊的内容原创度和微信传播力进而提升期刊的影响因子,基金资助和高校办刊在两者关系中发挥了正向调节作用。本文结论扩展了期刊学术影响力前因和影响机制的研究,丰富了期刊主编特质的文献。

Taking CSSCI source journals,their editors and papers as research objects,the article empirically studied the relationship between party member editors and journal impact factors,and then explored the role of content originality and We Chat propagation in the relationship.The study found that editors’ identity,Party member,can positively influence the impact factors of the journal,and content originality and WeChat propagation played a mediating role in the relationship.For Party member editors,they can get a promotion either externally and internally,and then strengthen journals’ content originality and WeChat propagation.As such,they can finally help to raise journals’ impact factors.Moreover,financial aid and university management also played a positive moderating role in the relationship.Research conclusions have expanded the researches on the antecedents and influence mechanisms of journal academic influence,and enriched the literature on the editorial traits of journals.
