超白玻璃熔窑卡脖处异形水包的开发使用

摘要 因为超白玻璃液黏度比普通浮法玻璃液小且黏度随温度波动不大,故随着超白玻璃熔窑长时间的运行,在窑炉中高温环境和超白玻璃液流动的侵蚀下,窑炉中的卡脖水包与池壁之间会出现间隙扩大、池壁变薄的问题,且因为卡脖池壁与水包之间间隙的扩大,卡脖水包侧面的玻璃液流动时会带动水包上凝固的玻璃液(不动层)形成化学线道。通过在卡脖水包前两侧插入小型异形水包,使卡脖水包处池壁砖受侵蚀部位前形成一层凉玻璃的不动层,从而减少池壁砖的被侵蚀程度,并且可以减少边部不动层被玻璃液带走形成化学线道的现象。 Because the viscosity of ultra-white glass melt is smaller than that of ordinary float glass melt and the viscosity fluctuates little with temperature, with the long-term operation of ultra-white glass melting furnace, under the erosion of high-temperature environment and ultra-white glass melt flow in the furnace, the gap between the neck-clamping water bag and the pool wall will be enlarged and the pool wall will be thinned. Moreover, because of the expansion of the gap between the neck-clamping water bag and the water bag, the glass melt on the side of the neck-clamping water bag will drive the solidified glass melt(fixed layer) on the water bag to form a chemical line. By inserting small special-shaped water bags into the front two sides of the neck water bag, a layer of cold glass is formed in front of the eroded part of the pool wall brick at the neck water bag, thus reducing the erosion degree of the pool wall brick, and reducing the phenomenon that the edge fixed layer is taken away by the glass liquid to form a chemical line.
