摘要
针对飞行组训的效率提升问题,应用RPA技术对飞行组训流程进行优化,采用Petri网对优化前后的飞行组训工作流进行建模并量化分析。仿真结果表明,该方法能显著缩短平均服务时间,而且能减少人工作业差错。进而对模型深入分析,指出通过建立开放式计划会审平台,缩短计划审核时间,是进一步提高组训效率的关键举措。
In order to improve the efficiency of flight training Robotic Process Automation(RPA)technology is applied to optimize the flight training process.The Petri net theory is used to model and quantify the flight training workflow before and after optimization.The simulation results show that the method can significantly reduce the average service time and reduce manual errors.The model is then analyzed in depth and it is pointed out that reducing the plan review time by establishing an open plan review platform is a key measure to further improve the efficiency of training.
