基于“互联网+流通”的长春市商业空间演化研究

Research on the evolution of Changchun’s commercial space based on"Internet+Circulation"

在“互联网+流通”背景下,随着城市商业空间布局的结构优化,商业空间发展水平更多地和商业流通模式、商业网点分布等关联,合理的商业空间布局能有效促进区域经济的协调发展。通过爬取长春市2010年和2020年各业态网点POI数据,运用核密度分析、Getis-Ord G_(i)^(*)统计量等研究方法探究长春市商业空间演化趋势。结果表明:1)长春市商业网点密集区集中于解放大路、辽宁路、工农大路组成的一环内,主要商圈有红旗街和重庆路;2)商业空间演化方向向东北—西南方向偏移,空间演化布局转变为“整体集聚,局部分散”;3)商业网点业态变化剧烈,依次为:交通>生活>购物>餐饮,交通设施类热点区域最多,餐饮类小幅下降;4)“互联网+”带来的无店铺业态革命打破传统商业流通模式,改变商业空间区位选择的原有动力因素,使商业空间形态更加灵活;5)人口密度、交通可达性提升等仍是商业空间布局演化的重要推动因素。

Under the background of"Internet plus Circulation",with the optimization of the structure of urban commercial space layout,the development level of commercial space is more related to the commercial circulation mode and the distribution of commercial outlets.Reasonable commercial space layout can effectively promote the coordinated development of regional economy.In this paper,the POI data of various outlets in Changchun in 2010 and 2020 are collected,and the evolution trend of commercial space in Changchun is explored by using the methods of nuclear density analysis and Getis-Ord G_(i)^(*)statistics.The results show that:1)The concentrated areas of commercial outlets in Changchun are concentrated in the ring composed of Jiefang Road,Liaoning Road and Gongnong Road,and the main business districts are Hongqi Street and Chongqing Road;2)The evolution direction of commercial space shifts to the northeast-southwest direction,and the spatial evolution characteristics change into"overall agglomeration and local dispersion";3)The format of commercial outlets has changed dramatically,and the order is:transportation>life>shopping>catering.The hot spots of transportation facilities are the most,and the catering category declines slightly;4)The revolution of no-store format brought by"internet plus"broke the traditional commercial circulation mode,changed the original driving factors of commercial space location selection,and made the commercial space form more flexible;5)Population density and traffic accessibility are still important driving factors for the evolution of commercial space layout.
