摘要
厚煤层切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷的巷旁支护的支架支顶压力大,支架损毁严重,采空区的矸石垮落冲击及侧应力巨大,挡帮结构向巷道内弯曲破坏。为了保证厚煤层切顶巷顶板支护的安全性,同时改善护帮挡矸结构,提出一种支架联合挡帮结构的力传递挡矸支顶方案。主要对支顶方案的四支柱支架进行设计计算及箱型顶板的优化,设计出一种结构简单、拆卸方便、安全可靠的一侧可斜支撑的四支柱支架。
In the thick coal seam roof cutting pressure relief roadway without coal pilar, the supportroof pressure of the roadway side support is large, the support damage is serious, the gangue caving impact and side stress of the goaf are huge, and the retaining structure bends and destroys in the roadway.In order to ensure the safety of roof support of thick coal seam roof cutting roadwayand improve the structure of retaining and retaining gangue, a force transmission method of support combined with retaining structure was proposed, and a four-pillar support with simple structure, convenient disassembly, safety and relability was analyzed and designed.
