摘要
针对自动化机具液压钻机臂架结构在低速、载荷快速变化、负负载综合工况下,在高温出现平衡阀控制下放冲击和缓冲失效的问题进行了分析,找出引发振动的原因,并对控制方式进行优化,解决了高油温下,臂架结构的下放冲击和缓冲失效问题,提高了产品的性能。
This paper analyzes the problems of Balance Valve control lower impact and buffer failure under the comprehensive conditions of low speed, rapid load change, the negative load and high oil temperature in the boom structure of the company’s automatic machine, the reason of vibration is found out, and the control principle is optimized.The problem of shock and buffer failure of boom structure is solved at high oil temperature, and the performance of the product is improved.
