基于库存管理功能的ERP系统在企业中的应用研究

库存管理是企业生产运作管理的核心之一。目前,越来越多的企业注重库存管理,如何在不影响企业正常运行的前提下降低库存成本成为企业关注的话题。ERP系统是具有代表性的进行企业管理的信息技术系统,自ERP概念提出以来,不断有企业尝试运用。研究了ERP系统在企业库存管理中的运用,提出ERP在企业管理过程中的某些问题,并提出相应对策。

Inventory management is one of the core of enterprise production and operation management.Nowadays, more and more enterprises pay attention to inventory management, and how to reduce the inventory cost under the premise of not affecting the normal operation of enterprises has become a topic of concern for enterprises.ERP system is a representative information technology system for enterprise management.Since the concept of ERP was put forward, enterprises have constantly tried to use it.This paper studies the application of ERP system in the enterprise inventory management, proposes some problems of ERP in the enterprise management process, and gives corresponding countermeasures.
