近年来,我国的教育事业得到了高速发展,国民受教育普及率呈现不断增长趋势,我国的高等教育也逐渐由精英教育向大众教育转变。在这样的背景下,我国高等教育也进入升级转型的关键时期。公共治理理论凭借其先进性和广泛的影响力,在我国的高校教育管理改革方面发挥着积极作用,推动了我国高等教育管理民主化进程,提升了我国高等教育的教育管理水平。

In recent years, China’s education has developed rapidly, the national education penetration rate has shown a trend of increasing growth, China’s higher education has gradually changed from elite education to mass education.In this context, China’s higher education has also entered a critical period of upgrading and transformation.With its advanced nature and extensive influence,public governance theory plays a positive role in the reform of college education management in China, promoting the democratization process of higher education management in China, and improving the education management level of higher education in China.Next, we will conduct a specific analysis on the higher education management reform under the perspective of public governance.
