新入职高校青年教师教学技能提升策略探析 被引量:1

摘要 随着大批量青年才俊引入高校开展教育工作,青年教师群体已经发展成为高校教育改革事业及创新建设的中坚力量。作为青年教师自身,唯有理论功底扎实、综合素养更高,才能真正为高校学生的专业课堂教学注入生命力,为社会培养出更多专业人才。因而,就如何提升高校青年教师队伍建设质量,探索青年教师培养策略很有必要。在此基础上,本研究选取高校新入职的青年教师作为研究重点,文中首先分析了高校新入职青年教师的特征,随后指出了现阶段青年教师日常教学中所存在的不足,并结合不足分享了相关教学技能提升策略,旨在借此为高校青年教师队伍组建质量、教学水平提升带来参考。 With the introduction of a large number of young talents into colleges and universities to carry out educational work, the group of young teachers has developed into the backbone of educational reform and innovative construction in Colleges and universities. As young teachers, only with solid theoretical foundation and higher comprehensive quality, can they really inject vitality into the professional classroom teaching of college students and cultivate more professional talents for the society. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the training strategies of young teachers on how to improve the quality of the construction of young teachers in Colleges and universities. On this basis, the new young teachers in Colleges and universities are selected as the research focus in this study. The paper first analyzes the characteristics of the new young teachers in Colleges and universities, then points out the deficiencies in the daily teaching of young teachers at this stage, and combines the deficiencies to share the relevant teaching skills improvement strategies, in order to bring reference to the quality of the formation of young teachers in Colleges and universities and the improvement of teaching level.
