基于数据挖掘分析吕仁和教授治疗糖尿病的用药规律

Data mining-based analysis of Professor LYU Renhe’s medication rules for the treatment of diabetes

目的通过数据挖掘分析方法,研究国医大师吕仁和教授诊治糖尿病的遣方用药规律。方法收集近年来吕仁和教授临床诊治糖尿病的首诊患者1134例,应用频次分析、关联分析、聚类分析方法对所用药物进行统计分析。结果分析结果显示,诊治糖尿病处方涉及中药饮片508种,总频次60418次;药物频率分析显示,使用频率从高到低排列依次为丹参、牡丹皮、赤芍、猪苓、太子参、川芎、川牛膝、炒栀子、泽兰、生甘草;药性以微寒为主,五味以苦味为主;药物-药物关联分析显示,牡丹皮与赤芍、牡丹皮与丹参、赤芍与丹参、猪苓与丹参、太子参与丹参、川芎与丹参是常用药对配伍;聚类分析显示出3个药物群组,体现了吕仁和教授活血、补气、利水的糖尿病诊治思路。结论通过数据挖掘分析明确吕仁和教授治疗糖尿病多用性味苦而微寒的药物,善将活血药与利水药、补气药配伍,以益气养阴清热、活血化瘀等为主要治则。

Objective To study the rules of drawing up prescriptions and medications by Professor LYU Renhe,a master of Chinese medicine,in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes through a data mining analysis.Methods A total of 1,134 patients with diabetes who were first diagnosed and treated by Professor Lv Renhe in recent years were enrolled in the study,and the drugs used were statistically analyzed by the methods of frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis.Results The analysis results showed that 508 kinds of Chinese prepared drugs in pieces were involved in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes,with a total frequency of 60,418 times.The drug frequency analysis showed that the order of use frequency from high to low was danshen root,tree peony root bark,peony root,zhuling,heterophylly falsestarwort root,Sichuan lovage rhizome,medicinal cyathula root,fried cape jasmine fruit,hirsute shiny bugleweed herb,and raw liquorice root.The primary nature of the medicines was slightly cold,while the primary flavor was bitter.The drug association analysis showed that the commonly used couplet medicines included tree peony root bark--peony root,tree peony root bark--danshen root,peony root--danshen root,zhuling--danshen root,heterophylly falsestarwort root--danshen root,Sichuan lovage rhizome danshen root.The cluster analysis showed that there were three drug groups,which reflected Professor Lv Renhe’s ideas of promoting blood circulation,invigorating qi and inducing diuresis in the diabetes diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion The data mining and analysis in the study shows that Professor LYU Renhe mostly treats diabetes with drugs that are bitter in flavor and slightly cold in nature,good at combining drugs for activating blood,inducing diuresis and replenishing qi,with benefiting qi,nourishing yin,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis as the main treatment principles.
