药引理论与临床应用研究述评

A review of studies on the theories and clinical applications of medicinal ushers

中医药应用药引由来已久,早在《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中就有明确的记载,《太平惠民和剂局方》亦是药引应用的典范。药引具有显效、增效、引药达病所、减毒纠偏、调和药性、矫味、心理治疗等作用。笔者基于CNKI药引文献,结合本人的教学与临床经验,对药引的概念、作用和常用药引进行梳理和研究,为未来开展药引的科学研究提供理论依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of using medicinal ushers,which has been clearly recorded as early as in Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolüe,and Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang(Prescriptions of the Bureau of Taiping People’s Welfare Pharmacy)is also a classic case for their applications.Medicinal ushers have the functions of manifesting effects,amplifying effects,guiding drugs to disease locations,relieving toxicity and correcting deviation,harmonizing drug properties,adjusting flavors,psychotherapy,etc.Based on the medicinal ushers literature included in CNKI,combined with his teaching and clinical experience,the author sorts out and summarizes the concept,functions and commonly used medicinal ushers,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for their future scientific research.
