黄芪甲苷对肾脏的保护作用研究进展

中医药在细胞分子方面的作用研究逐渐增多,中药方剂在治疗肾脏疾病及改善症状方面具有积极作用。黄芪作为肾病临床常用中药,具有补气、升阳,固表,利尿,生肌之功效,其主要活性成分是黄芪甲苷(AS-IV)。该文通过对近年黄芪甲苷在保护肾脏细胞方面的现代药理研究文献进行综述,系统总结凝练黄芪甲苷的药理研究成果,深度探究其抗炎、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡、代谢调节、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤等方面的药理作用,为同道相互研究提供参佐,推进黄芪甲苷今后在肾脏疾病临床应用方面发挥更大作用,彰显中医药防病治病的独特优势,为建设健康中国贡献更多力量。

While studies on the roles of traditional Chinese medicine in cellular molecules are gradually increasing,the TCM prescriptions play an active role in treating kidney diseases and improving the related symptoms.Milkvetch root,a commonly used Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of nephropathy with astragaloside IV (AS-IV) as its main active ingredient,has the effects of "replenishing qi,tonifying yang,consolidating superficies,promoting diuresis,and promoting granulation".This paper systematically reviews the modern pharmacological research literature on astragaloside IV in the protection of kidney cells in recent years,summarizes the research results,and deeply explores its anti-in?ammatory,immunological regulation,antioxidant,anti-apoptosis,metabolic regulation,anti-fibrosis,anti-tumor and other pharmacological e?ects,with an aim to provide a reference and assistance for its future research.Astragaloside IV is expected to play a greater role in the clinical treatment of kidney diseases in the future,highlighting the unique advantages of TCM in its disease prevention and treatment,and contributing more to building a healthy China.
