穴位埋线疗法具有针、线、穴三重作用,其治疗单纯性肥胖临床疗效显著,以安全有效、简便省时、无不良反应等优势备受欢迎。但穴位埋线在减肥方面的疗效受临床操作因素的影响,目前尚缺少统一临床操作标准。现从埋线线体、埋线层次、治疗周期等方面进行总结分析影响埋线减肥疗效的作用因素,旨在提高埋线减肥的临床疗效,将埋线减肥疗法更好的推广和应用。

The acupoint catgut embedding therapy has the triple effects of needling,catguts and acupoint.It has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of simple obesity,and is popular for its advantages of safety,effectiveness,simplicity,time-saving and no adverse reactions.However,the therapeutic effect of catgut embedding in acupoints in weight loss is affected by clinical operation factors,and there is no unified clinical operation standards.This paper summarizes and analyzes the factors a?ecting the e?cacy of acupoint catgut embedding in weight loss from the aspects of catguts,levels and treatment cycles,aiming to improve its clinical effect and better promote its application.
