摘要
穴位作为经络系统的重要组成部分,其电阻特性,即穴位低电阻、高电位的电学特性,与机体的生理病理状态存在相关性,可用作反应经络系统客观性的生物物理指标,穴位电阻特性的探测技术未来也将在穴位识别定位、指导疾病诊治等应用中展现巨大价值。此文就探测电阻特性的穴位敏化原理、两电极与四电极的探测方法、在实验观察及临床诊治上的应用以及目前存在的干扰因素等问题和未来针灸自动化发展方向进行了综述。
As an important part of the meridian system,the electrical resistance characteristics of acupoints,that is,the electrical characteristics of low resistance and high potential of acupoints,are related to the body’s physiological and pathological state,which can be used as a biophysical indicator to reflect the objectivity of the meridian system,and whose detection technology will also present great value in the acupoint identification and positioning,guiding disease diagnosis and treatment in the future.This paper reviews the principle of acupoint sensitization for detecting resistance characteristics,the detection methods of two and four electrodes,its application in experimental observation and clinical diagnosis and treatment,as well as the existing interference factors and the development direction of acupuncture automation in the future.
