基于5G+8K的新型显示全连接制造工厂模型研究

摘要 近年来,我国以数字化为核心目标的制造业转型得到了长足的发展,在不同的制造领域涌现出了很多新的建设模式、新的转型理念。为更好推动数字化转型在新型显示制造业的应用落地,本文基于5G技术、8K技术、VR/AR技术在制造环节选取了包括5G感知式AGV智慧物流、5G预警式设备管理、5G+VR远程运维、5G工业视觉检测四大核心应用场景,提出了“一张专网、一个平台、核心场景落地”的数字化建设思路。此模式在创维新型显示深圳制造基地进行了实践,结果显示制造物料、计划、生产、设备、质量等核心生产要素实现了互联互通及跨厂区、跨地域的高效协同,同时对效率提升、质量提升、运营成本降低带来积极的促进作用。本文的研究内容为行业在应用层面提供了一种新的、低成本的数字化互联工厂建设模式,对行业有积极的借鉴意义。 In recent years,China’s manufacturing transformation with digitalization as the core goal has been greatly developed,and many new construction models and new transformation concepts have emerged in different manufacturing fields.In order to better promote the application of digital transformation in the new display manufacturing industry,based on 5G technology,8K technology and VR / AR technology,this paper selects 5G perceptual AGV intelligent logistics,5G early warning equipment management,5G+ VR remote operation and maintenance 5G industrial vision detection four core application scenarios,and puts forward the digital construction idea of “one private network,one platform and the landing of core scenarios”.This model has been practiced in Skyworth’s new display manufacturing base in Shenzhen.The results show that the core production factors such as manufacturing materials,planning,production,equipment and quality have realized interconnection and cross plant and cross regional efficient coordination,and played a positive role in improving efficiency,quality and reducing operating costs.The research content of this paper provides a new and low-cost digital interconnected factory construction mode for the industry at the application level,which has a positive reference significance for the industry.
