作为实验室外部质量控制活动的一种措施,能力验证对参加实验室、实验室客户、市场监管机构均具有重要意义。随着家电智能化的不断应用,家用电器电子电路评估、软件评估方面的测试业务高速发展,而目前组织相关领域的能力验证计划的PTP机构则少之又少。有鉴于此,本文针对已实施的家用电器电子电路评估试验能力验证计划的设计与实施过程中的关键点进行探讨,望为以后的能力验证工作提供参考和启发。

Participating proficiency testing is an important method for external quality assessment,which is significant for participants,laboratory customers and market regulators.As the development of smart appliances,electronic circuit testing and software evaluation for appliances,there are still few corresponding proficiency testing providers.In case of that,this article discusses some significant techniques on design and implementation of proficiency testing schemes,which may benefit for proficiency testing in future.
