摘要
噪声水平对产品形象、客户使用体验至关重要。家电产品,尤其是长期工作的电冰箱产品的噪音会给用户带来烦恼,因此需要确保冰箱不产生噪音,满足用户对美好生活的需求。通过大量的售后维修实践及数据统计来看,电冰箱产品的噪音中,风扇电机产生的噪音是主要原因之一。通过国内外行业标杆对比法及可靠性分析试验技术的应用,分析确定含有轴承风扇电机噪音异常的几种一般性设计因素,如:含油量设计、运转间隙设计、风路循环系统设计及油路循环系统设计。并且提出了降低噪音的可靠性设计原则。按照此设计原则设计的风扇电机可以在冰箱间室的低温环境下可靠运行。
Noise level is very important to product image and customer experience.The noise of household appliances,especially refrigerators with long-term power on,will annoy users.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure that refrigerators do not produce noise and meet users’ needs for a better life.Through a large number of after-sales maintenance practices and data statistics,the noise generated by fan motor is one of the main reasons for the noise of refrigerator products.Through the application of industry benchmark comparison method and reliability analysis and test technology at home and abroad,several general design factors with abnormal noise of bearing fan motor are analyzed and determined,such as oil content design,running clearance design,air circuit circulation system design and oil circuit circulation system design.The reliability design principle of reducing noise is put forward,According to this design principle,the products can operate reliably in the low temperature environment of the refrigerator room.
