摘要
零重力按摩椅具有极佳的按摩体验,基于有限元的工程结构分析能极大地提高按摩椅椅架结构设计的效率并能辅助工程师进行优化设计。本文根据零重力按摩椅的特点,对其椅架进行了结构设计,结合按摩人体动力学,研究了按摩椅工作过程中的受力情况,并且为保证按摩椅在特殊工况下不因外界冲击造成损坏,研究了按摩椅等效冲击条件。基于工作过程及特殊工况下的等效作用载荷,通过有限元方法分析椅架的强度和刚度,研究按摩椅结构强度薄弱处,并进行试验验证,为按摩椅椅架结构优化再设计奠定基础。
The zero-gravity massage chair has excellent massage experience,and the efficient application of finite element method in structural design.In this paper,according to the characteristics of zero gravity massage chair,the structure of the chair frame is designed,and combined with human body dynamics,the working force of the massage chair is studied,in order to ensure that the massage chair is not damaged by the outside impact,the equivalent impact condition of the massage chair is studied.Based on the load analysis,the strength and stiffness of the massage chair frame are analyzed by finite element method,and the results are verified by experiments,which lays a foundation for the structure optimization and redesign of massage chair frame.
