衣物护理机热泵系统匹配应用研究

摘要 随着衣物护理机产品逐渐进入大众视野,热泵型衣物护理机慢慢替代了PTC加热型衣物护理机,而热泵型衣物护理机需要对其热泵系统进行较为全面的匹配研究,验证热泵系统对整机性能的影响。本文针对影响衣物护理机热泵系统的三个主要因素进行分析研究,寻找出热泵系统最佳的毛细管长度及最优的制冷剂充注量,使热泵系统达到衣物护理机严格的温度要求,同时对风机转速的调整,进一步弥补了热泵系统温度不可变的缺陷,使得衣物护理机获得较为完善的系统匹配,保证了衣物护理所需要的温度和湿度。 With the gradual entry of clothing care machine products into the public eye,the heat pump clothing care machine gradually replaced the PTC heating clothing care machine,and the heat pump clothing care machine needs a more comprehensive matching research on its heat pump system to verify the heat pump system.impact on machine performance.This paper analyzes and studies the three main factors affecting the heat pump system of the clothes care machine,and finds out the optimal capillary length and the optimal refrigerant charge of the heat pump system,so that the heat pump system can meet the strict temperature requirements of the clothes care machine.The adjustment of the fan speed further makes up for the defect that the temperature of the heat pump system is not variable,so that the clothing care machine can obtain a relatively complete system matching,ensuring the temperature and humidity required for clothing care.
