摘要
空调导风机构主要通过步进电机及齿轮传动机构带动下运动,本文通过CETOL 6σ软件结合设计规范对齿轮传动机构零件及三维公差进行深入分析,解决导风机构运行异响,识别齿轮传统机构零件及设计容易失效点,制定相应预防措施,提高空调器运行可靠性及舒适性。
The air-conditioning air-conditioning mechanism is mainly driven by stepping motor and gear transmission mechanism.This article conducts in-depth analysis of the gear transmission mechanism parts and three-dimensional publicity through the design specifications of the Cetol 6σ software.And the design is easy to fail,formulate corresponding prevention measures to improve the reliability and comfort of the air-conditioner operation.
