摘要
针对家用洗干机烘干模式下的凝露现象,本文提到了一种利用结构特征解决凝露的方法。首先,通过分析凝露现象造成原因,确定整改的方案。其次,建立仿真简单模型,分析结构优化后气流速度及温度变化情况。最后,通过实验验证确定接水斗更改、进水U型管更改和控制器逻辑优化三者结合为整改方案。结果表明,整改方案对凝露问题改善明显。
For the condensation in the dryer of household washing machine,this paper refers to a method of solving the condensation using structural characteristics.First,the scheme of rectification is determined by analyzing the cause of condensation.Second,the simulation simulation model is established,and the gas flow rate and temperature change after the structure is optimized.Finally,the experiment is verified to determine the change of the water bucket,the water U-shaped tube change and the controller logic optimization is combined into the rectification plan.The results show that the rectification plan is obvious to the improvement in the problem of condensation.
