纤细裸藻多糖提取工艺优化及其吸湿性、保湿性 被引量:3

Optimization of Extraction Process of Euglena gracilis Polysaccharides and Their Moisture Absorption and Retention Capacities

摘要 以纤细裸藻为原料,利用超声波辅助法对纤细裸藻多糖进行提取。在单因素试验的基础上,以十二烷基硫酸钠(sodium dodecyl sulfate,SDS)浓度、超声时间以及料液比为自变量,多糖得率为响应值,基于Box-Behnken中心组合原理采用响应面法优化提取工艺。试验结果表明,纤细裸藻多糖的最佳提取工艺为SDS浓度20g/L,料液比1∶20(g/mL),超声时间17 min;在此条件下纤细裸藻多糖的得率为35.28%。所得到的纤细裸藻多糖的吸湿性为19.07%(相对湿度81%),在硅胶环境中的保湿性为46.16%,表明纤细裸藻多糖具有一定的吸湿和保湿性能。 Euglena gracilis was used as raw material to extract polysaccharides through ultrasonic assisted method. On the basis of single factor test,the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),ultrasonic time and solid-liquid ratio were used as independent variables,and the yield of E. gracilis polysaccharides was response value. The Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology was employed to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of E. gracilis polysaccharides was as follows: SDS concentration of 20 g/L,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20(g/mL),and ultrasonic time of 17 min. Under these conditions,the yield of E. gracilis polysaccharides was 35.28%. The moisture absorption capacity of the obtained polysaccharides was 19.07%(relative humidity 81%),and the moisture retention capacity was 46.16% in silica gel environment,indicating that E. gracilis polysaccharides had certain moisture absorption and retention capacities.
