缺血性脑卒中患者出院指导培训方案的量化实践

Quantitative Practice of Ischemic Stroke Discharge Guidance Training Program

目的 对缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者出院指导培训课程进行量化,为护士合理利用患者的住院时间、安排宣教计划提供借鉴。方法对19名专家进行专家咨询,基于层次分析法确定IS患者出院指导培训课程各条目权重;于2019年3~12月采用健康宣教意向问卷对入住广东省中医院芳村医院脑病科的432例IS患者进行调查,确定患者意向宣教时间与宣教时长;据“条目宣教时长=宣教总时长×条目权重”确定各条目宣教时长;根据各条目宣教时长、内容及患者每日意向宣教时长、时间确定每日宣教课程。结果 IS患者出院指导培训课程共包含4个维度,37个条目,各条目的宣教时长在0.70~10.94 min,形成了为期7 d的脑卒中出院指导培训课程。结论 IS患者出院指导培训课程的构建过程较合理,方法科学,对护士合理安排宣教计划、有效利用患者的住院时间有指导意义。

Objectives To quantity the scheme of the discharge instructions of the patients with ischemic stroke(IS) based on analytical hierarchy process(AHP),which is in favor of using of patients’ length of stay and making a educational programme plan reasonably. Methods The weight of the items of the scheme of the scheme was identified through analytical hierarchy process of 19 experts. Totally 432 IS patients admitted to department of fangcun village neurology, Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated by health education intention questionnaire from March 2019 to December 2019 to determine the time and duration of intention education;the duration of each item is determined according to“item publicity duration = total publicity duration × item weight”;the daily education course shall be determined according to the duration and content of each item and the intended duration and time of patients’ daily education. Results The scheme of the discharge instructions is consisted of 4 dismensions with 37 items. The duration of time of items of the scheme is from 0.70 minutes to 10.94 minutes and a 7-day stroke discharge guidance training course was formed. Conclusion The constructing process of continuous nursing scheme is rational, thus laying the foundation for discharge plan.
