人性化护理服务模式在护理管理工作中的有效性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨人性化护理服务模式在医院护理管理工作中的临床效果。方法 该项研究的对比组患者选自2021年1~6月,均为本院患者,总计62例,行普通护理管理,分析组患者选自2021年7~12月,总纳入62例本院患者,实施人性化护理服务模式,两组患者的护理人员为同组,总计60名,比较两组护理人员的不良事件发生情况、护理质量、护理效果及患者满意度。结果 不良事件发生情况评估,分析组护患纠纷发生率、投诉发生率、护理差错发生率均较对比组发生率低,P <0.05;护理质量考核评估,分析组的护理质量考核评分较对比组高,P <0.05;护理效果评估,分析组的生活质量分值较对比组高,心理状态分值较对比组低,P <0.05;护理满意度评估,分析组患者的护理满意度明显高于对比组,P <0.05。结论 医院的护理管理工作中实施人性化护理服务模式后,护理期间的不良事件明显减少,护理质量显著提升,对患者生活质量的改善、心理状态的纠正有着显著的作用,经临床调查发现,大部分患者对该护理管理工作模式的评价较高,值得推荐。 Objective To discuss the nursing management effect of humanized nursing service mode when implementing nursing management for hospital patients. Methods The discussion samples of the control group of this study were selected from January 2021 to June 2021, all of which were patients in our hospital, with a total of 62 cases under general nursing management. The discussion samples of the analysis group were selected from July 2021 to December 2021, and a total of 62 patients in our hospital were included. The humanistic nursing service mode was implemented.The nursing staff of the two groups were the same group, with a total of 60 people. The occurrence of adverse events, nursing quality, nursing effect and patient satisfaction of nursing staff between the two groups were discussed and compared. Results The incidence rate of nurse patient disputes,complaints and nursing errors in the analysis group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing quality assessment score of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). According to the evaluation of nursing effect, the score of quality of life in the analysis group was higher than that of the control group, and the score of psychological state was lower than that of the controp group(P<0.05).According to the evaluation of nursing satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing management work of the hospital, after implementing the humanized nursing service mode,the adverse events during the nursing period are significantly reduced, the nursing quality is significantly improved, and it plays a significant role in improving the quality of life and correcting the psychological state of patients. Through clinical investigation, it is found that most patients have a high evaluation of the nursing management work mode, which is worthy of recommendation.
