集束化护理干预在神经外科术后留置引流管患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Bundle Nursing Intervention in Patients with Indwelling Drainage Tube after Neurosurgery

目的 探讨集束化护理在神经外科术后留置引流管患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年8月至2021年7月我院收治的220例神经外科术后留置引流管患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(n=110)和对照组(n=110)。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用集束化护理模式,比较两组患者引流管管理效果、并发症及满意度情况。结果 观察组的术后置管时间、引流总量、住院时间均显著少于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的颅内感染、引流管堵塞、非计划性拔管的发生率均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为98.18%,明显高于对照组的88.18%(P <0.05)。结论 为神经外科术后留置引流管患者提供集束化护理干预,能缩短术后置管时间及住院时间,减少引流总量及引流管相关并发症,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of bundle nursing in patients with indwelling drainage tube after neurosurgery. Methods A total of 220 patients with indwelling drainage tube after neurosurgery admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n=110) and the control group(n=110). Patients in the control group received routine nursing mode, while patients in the observation group received bundle nursing intervention. The drainage tube management effect, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative catheterization time, total drainage and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of intracranial infection,drainage tube blockage and unplanned extubation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 98.18%, which was significantly higher than 88.18% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bundle nursing intervention for patients with indwelling drainage tube after neurosurgery can shorten the postoperative catheterization time and hospitalization time, reduce the total amount of drainage and drainage tube related complications, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
