整形保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的效果观察

Effect of Plastic and Breast Conserving Surgery for Early Breast Cancer

目的 分析探讨整形保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年1月至2021年12月接收治疗早期乳腺癌患者60例为观察对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组患者行常规保乳术进行治疗,观察组患者采用整形保乳术治疗,将两组患者的手术相关指标、术后并发症发生情况、乳房修复情况以及患者的外形满意度进行比较。结果 观察组患者行整形保乳术后,与对照组患者常规保乳术效果进行比较发现,观察组患者在手术过程中的出血量、手术全程所使用的时间、手术过程中的引流量、患者的住院时间都少于对照组患者(P <0.05);观察组患者出现皮肤退缩、皮下出血、切口感染、切口愈合差、上肢淋巴水肿等症状的总发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的并发症发生率(80.00%)(P <0.05);观察组患者在手术完成后的乳房修复优良率为80.00%,明显高于对照组患者的乳房修复优良率(43.33%)(P <0.05);观察组患者外形满意度为90.00%,明显高于对照组患者外形满意度(60.00%)(P <0.05)。结论 整形保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果显著,可以对患者手术完成后的乳房外部形状起到明显的改善效果,并且可以避免手术完成后各种并发症的发生风险。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of plastic breast conserving surgery in early breast cancer. Method Select our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 received 60 cases of early breast cancer patients for observation object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, control patients with conventional breast treatment, observation group patients with plastic breast conserving surgery treatment, the two groups of patients surgery related indicators, postoperative complications, breast repair and the appearance of patient satisfaction.Results Comparing the results of the observation group the bleeding during the operation, the time used throughout the operation, the drainage during the operation and the hospitalization time of the patient are less than the control group patients(P<0.05). The total incidence of skin withdrawal, subcutaneous bleeding, incision infection, poor incision healing, and upper limb lymphoedema in the observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05). The breast repair rate of patients in the observation group was 80.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(43.33%)(P<0.05). The overall appearance satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(60.00%)(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of early breast cancer can significantly improve the external shape of the plastic and breast conserving surgery, and can avoid the risk of various complications after the surgery.
