摘要
目的 探讨综合护理干预在预防重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年3月至2019年12月我院重症监护室收治的采用机械通气的患者共120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分组为研究组与对照组各60例,研究组患者采用综合护理干预措施,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,比较两组患者的临床护理效果以及机械通气相关性肺炎的发生情况。结果 研究组患者的重症监护室住院时间为(7.70±2.30)d、总住院时间为(14.50±6.20)d、机械通气相关性肺炎发生率为6.67%(4/60)、离开重症监护室时的白细胞计数水平为(11.14±3.29)×10^(9)/L、C-反应蛋白水平为(80.03±30.99)mg/L、降钙素原水平为(9.15±6.33)ng/mL,研究组患者的各项指标均显著优于对照组患者,组间数据差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在重症监护室采用综合护理干预措施,能够有效降低机械通气患者发生相关性肺炎的风险,并显著降低炎症水平,从而加快患者的康复速度并缩短住院时间。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU. Methods 120 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU of our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Comprehensive nursing intervention measures were adopted for patients in the study group, and routine nursing measures were used for the control group. The clinical nursing effect and mechanical ventilation of the two groups were compared The incidence of associated pneumonia. Results Hospitalzation time in ICU was(7.70±2.30) days, the total hospitalzation time was(14.50±6.20) days, the incidence of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia was 6.67%(4/60), the level of leukocyte count was(11.14±3.29)×10^(9)/L, the level of C-reactive egg white was(80.03±30.99) mg/L, and the level of procalcitonin was(9.15±6.33) ng/mL,the indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU can effectively reduce the risk of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation, and significantly reduce the level of inflammation, so as to accelerate the recovery of patients and shorten the hospitalization time.
