摘要
目的 探讨预防性护理对儿童百白破疫苗接种后不良反应的应用效果。方法 选取百白破疫苗接种儿童200例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组100例与研究组100例。对照组儿童行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予预防性护理。比较两组儿童护理之后的面部表情痛苦评分,并比较两组家长对儿童百白破疫苗接种知识的掌握度、不良反应发生率和护理满意度等情况。结果在接受护理之后,研究组面部痛苦表情评分显著低于对照组,P <0.05。研究组的护理满意度比对照组高(P <0.05)。研究组家长对儿童百白破疫苗接种知识的掌握度均高于对照组,P <0.05。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 百白破疫苗接种儿童实施预防性护理效果确切,能够有效减轻儿童的痛苦,提高家长对疫苗接种知识的了解,减少不良反应的发生,提高家长护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of preventive nursing on adverse reactions after DTP vaccination in children. Methods A total of 200 children who were vaccinated with DTP vaccine were selected and divided into a control group of 100 and a research group of 100 by random number table method. The children in the control group were given routine nursing care, and the children in the research group were given preventive care on the basis of the control group. The facial expression pain scores of the two groups of children after nursing were compared, and the parents’ mastery of children’s DTP vaccination knowledge, incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After receiving nursing care, the facial pain expression score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Parents in the study group had higher knowledge of children’s DTP vaccination than those in the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The preventive nursing effect of DTP vaccinated children is definite, which can effectively relieve children’s pain, improve parents’ understanding of vaccination knowledge, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve parents’ nursing satisfaction.
