摘要
在“双减”政策背景下,小学作业变革成为基础教育改革中的重点与难点,而“慢教育”理念为小学作业变革提供了全新可能。在教育过度追求功效的背景下,小学作业逐步沦为机械训练的手段、规训控制学生的工具以及学生相互竞争的资本。究其原因,主要集中于教师对传统作业模式的路径依赖、作业目的取向功利化以及作业活动中学生主体的客体化。为了正本清源,基于“慢教育”的小学作业变革的理念应由工业思维转变为农业思维、作业变革的方式应由功利教育转变为等待教育、作业变革的主体应由教师转变为学生。
Under the background of the " double reduction" policy,the primary and secondary school homework reform has become the focus and difficulty in the basic education reform,and the concept of " slow education" provides a new possibility for the homework reform. In the context of excessive pursuit of efficiency in education,the primary and secondary school homework has gradually become a means of mechanical training,a tool for disciplining and controlling students,and a capital for students to compete with each other. The reasons mainly are the path dependence of teachers on the traditional homework mode,the utilitarian orientation of homework purpose,and the objectification of students’ subject in homework activities. Thus,the concept of primary and secondary school homework reform based on " slow education" should be changed from industrial thinking to agricultural thinking,the way of homework reform should be changed from utilitarian education to waiting education,and the main body of homework reform should be changed from teachers to students.
