4种植物精油与丁氟螨酯复配对朱砂叶螨的增效作用研究

摘要 为明确不同植物精油与丁氟螨酯农药复配对朱砂叶螨的生物活性,采用喷雾法测定了4种植物精油及丁氟螨酯对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)的毒力,然后采用共毒因子及共毒系数法评价了植物精油与丁氟螨酯的复配增效作用。结果表明:丁氟螨酯、山鸡椒精油、亚洲薄荷精油处理朱砂叶螨24 h后LC50分别为2.215、772.801和1040.187 mg/L,共毒因子法测定结果表明,丁氟螨酯与亚洲薄荷1∶94共毒因子最高,达22.51。共毒系数法进一步证明,丁氟螨酯与亚洲薄荷1∶90复配时共毒系数大于120,具有增效作用。 In order to clarify the biological activity of different plant essential oils and Cyflumetofen against Tetranychus cinnabarin, the virulence of four plant essential oils and Cyflumetofen against Tetranychus cinnabarinus was determined by spraying method, and then the co-toxicity factor and co-toxicity coefficient method were used to evaluate the compound synergistic effect of plant essential oils and Cyflumetofen. The results showed that the LC50 of Tetranychus cinnabarinus after 24 h treatment with Cyflumetofen, pheasant pepper essential oil and Mentha asiaticaessential oil were 2.215, 772.801 and 1040.187 mg/L, respectively. 1:94 had the highest co-toxicity factor of 22.51. The co-toxicity coefficient method further proved that the co-toxicity coefficient was greater than 120 when the 1:90 compounding of Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Mentha asiaticahad a synergistic effect.
