甪直古镇旅游公共服务现状及对策研究

Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Tourism Public Service in Luzhi Ancient Town

随着旅游业蒸蒸日上,古镇因其独特的建筑风貌和悠久的文化内涵,进入了快速发展阶段,大量游客的涌入,对古镇的旅游公共服务水平不断提出挑战,健全旅游公共服务体系、推进旅游公共服务建设已经成为古镇旅游的一项重点工作。以甪直古镇为例,对其旅游基础设施、旅游市场推广和旅游权益保障等方面进行了研究,发现甪直古镇旅游公共服务的问题主要集中在旅游基础设施方面,其中旅游停车场、卫生设施、特色街区建设问题较为突出。对此,提出了甪直古镇应大力健全旅游基础设施,如发展公共交通、加强环境管理、发掘特色旅游资源,同时加强旅游市场推广、完善旅游权益保障,以此完善甪直古镇公共服务质量,提升旅游的体验感和美誉度。

Ancient towns have grown rapidly by means of the unique architectural style and the long-standing cultural connotation along with the development of the social economy and the tourism industry. The public service level of ancient town tourism has been challenged constantly due to the large number of tourists. It is necessary to improve the ancient town tourism public service system and promote the construction on the ancient town tourism public service. This study takes Luzhi ancient town as an example to study its tourism infrastructure, tourism market promotion and tourism right protection. It is found that the problems of tourism public service in Luzhi ancient town mainly focus on tourism infrastructure, among which the problems of tourism parking lot, health facilities and characteristic block construction are more prominent. Therefore, this study suggests that Luzhi ancient town should vigorously improve its tourism infrastructure, such as developing public transport, strengthening environmental management, and exploring characteristic tourism resources. At the same time, the promotion of the tourism market should be strengthened and the protection of tourism rights and interests should beimproved, so as to improve the public service quality of Luzhi ancient town and enhance the tourism experience and reputation.
