鼻腔负压冲洗对尘螨过敏合并鼻窦炎患儿鼻黏膜纤毛功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of nasal negative pressure irrigation on nasal mucosal cilium function and quality of life in children with dust mite allergy and sinusitis

目的探讨对尘螨过敏合并鼻窦炎的患儿,应用鼻腔负压冲洗的方式对患儿鼻黏膜纤毛功能、生活质量的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将80例研究随机分成观察组与对照组每组各40例,对照组应用常规温盐水进行鼻腔冲洗,观察组则应用鼻腔负压冲洗,比较各组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后患儿鼻黏膜纤毛功能变化及生活质量(SNOT-20)评分变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者纤毛细胞数目/杯状细胞数目比值、鼻腔黏膜纤维传输速率均较治疗前提高,而观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者SNOT-20评分较治疗前降低,而观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用鼻腔负压冲洗治疗尘螨过敏合并鼻窦炎的患儿效果满意,显著提高患儿鼻黏膜纤毛功能及患儿生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal negative pressure irrigation on nasal mucosal cilium function and quality of life in children with dust mite allergy complicated with sinusitis.Methods According to random number table method to research 80 cases randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases in each group,control group used conventional warm saline nasal irrigation,observation group used nasal negative pressure washing,comparison between groups before and after the clinical curative effect,treatment with nasal mucosa cilia function change and quality of life(SNOT-20)score changes.Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 77.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of cilia/goblet cells ratio and the transmission rate of nasal mucosa fiber in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,while the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,sNOT-20 score in 2 groups was lower than that before treatment,while the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nasal negative pressure irrigation in the treatment of dust mite allergy combined with sinusitis in children is satisfactory,significantly improve the nasal mucosal cilium function and quality of life of children,worthy of promotion.
