宣肺通窍汤结合微波治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Xuanfei Tongyu Decoction combined with microwave on acute secretory otitis media

目的探讨宣肺通窍汤结合微波对急性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法收集我院耳鼻喉科2018年2~11月的120例患者,按照随机数分组法分为观察、对照组,对照组应用传统西药治疗,观察组应用宣肺通窍汤联合微波治疗,统计两组患者疗效差异。结果临床治疗4W后观察组患者临床症状改善水平以及临床疗效均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者的炎性因子改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论宣肺通窍汤结合微波疗法治疗急性分泌性中耳炎临床效果显著优于传统西药疗法,在临床应用过程具有很好的临床推广及应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuanfei Tongyu Decoction combined with microwave therapy on the clinical efficacy of acute otitis media with effusion.Methods 120 patients with acute otitis media with otitis media from February 2018 to November 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group,control group and control group.Traditional western medicine treatment,the observation group patients with Xuanfei Tongyu Decoction combined with microwave therapy for comprehensive treatment,statistical analysis of the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients.Results After 4W clinical treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The results of inflammatory factors in the secretions showed that the inflammatory factors in the secretions of the observation group were significantly improved.Better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xuanfei Tongyu Decoction combined with microwave therapy is superior to traditional western medicine in the treatment of acute otitis media with otitis media.It has a good clinical promotion and application value in the clinical treatment of acute otitis media with otitis media.
