丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂治疗季节性变应性鼻炎疗效及对患者症状的影响

Efficacy of beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis and its influence on patients’symptoms

目的评价丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂治疗季节性变应性鼻炎的疗效,分析对于症状的影响。方法选取本院门诊2019年~2021年诊治的60例季节性变应性鼻炎患者为对象,应用数字双盲法分为观察组、参照组,均纳入30例。予以参照组常规治疗,同时予以观察组丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,比较各组临床疗效、疾病症状积分、不良反应情况。结果相较于参照组研究数据,观察组治疗总有效率明显较高,治疗2周、4周、12周的疾病症状积分较低,不良反应发生率较低,P<0.05。结论予以季节性变应性鼻炎患者丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂治疗的效果较为显著,可促进疾病症状消失,同时还可减少不良反应,用药价值显著。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis,and to analyze the effect on symptoms.Methods Sixty patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis who were diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into observation group and reference group by digital double-blind method,and 30 cases were enrolled.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray at the same time.The clinical efficacy,disease symptom scores,and adverse reactions of each group were compared.Results Compared with the research data of the reference group,the observation group had a significantly higher total effective rate of treatment.The scores of disease symptoms for 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 12 weeks were lower,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray for patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis is more significant,which can promote the disappearance of disease symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.The medication value is significant.
