二维超声与彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的效果及声像学特征分析

Two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules

目的验证分析甲状腺良恶性结节患者诊断中采用二维超声与彩色多普勒超声的效果。方法于我院2019年5月~2021年5月间就诊的甲状腺结节患者中选取150例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受手术病理检查、二维超声检查和彩色多普勒超声检查,比较不同检查方式的诊断准确率差异,并对甲状腺良恶性结节患者的声像学特征进行分析总结。结果联合采用二维超声和彩色多普勒超声时的诊断准确率同病理检查结果相比差异无意义(P>0.05);且良恶性结节患者的回声、钙化、边界结构和周边声晕等特征差异显著,P<0.05。结论联合采用二维超声和彩色多普勒超声科有效判断甲状腺结节患者的病情,能够为患者的临床治疗提供重要的资料参考,应用价值较高。

Objective To verify and analyze the effect of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 150 patients with thyroid nodules treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients underwent surgical pathological examination,two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound.The diagnostic accuracy differences of different examination methods were compared,and the ultrasonographic characteristics of patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules were analyzed and summarized.Results There was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy between two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound and pathological examination(P>0.05);The characteristics of echo,calcification,boundary structure and peripheral sound halo in patients with benign and malignant nodules were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound can effectively judge the condition of patients with thyroid nodules,which can provide important data reference for clinical treatment,and has high application value.
